Height Safety Components We Install
Roof Anchor Points
Permanent, fixed points for attaching harnesses and safety lines. We install, test, and certify anchors to ensure they meet Australian Standards.
Static Line Systems
Flexible, continuous lifeline systems that let workers move along rooftops while staying connected at all times. Ideal for long, linear access areas.
Roof Walkway Systems
Defined, slip-resistant pathways that protect workers from trip and fall hazards — and protect your roof from unnecessary damage.
Permanent Roof Guardrail Systems
Edge protection that eliminates fall risks without the need for harnesses. A low-maintenance, always-ready safety measure.
Roof Ladders & Caged Ladders
Custom-designed fixed ladders for safe and reliable roof access. Built to withstand heavy use and environmental conditions.
Access Stairs
Permanent stair solutions that provide secure, convenient, and compliant access to elevated work areas.
Plant Platforms & Access Systems
Engineered platforms for safe access to HVAC, plant equipment, and machinery — reducing risks during inspections and servicing.
Skylight Protection
Barriers, mesh, or guards to prevent falls through brittle or fragile skylights.
Roof Access Hatches
Safe, discreet, and secure entry points to roofs from within the building, minimising external ladder use.
Rope Access Systems
Including davits, rigid rails, and abseil-rated anchor points. Perfect for sites where rope access provides the most efficient and cost-effective solution
Height Safety System Recertification
Keeping your team safe at heights doesn’t end once a system is installed—it needs ongoing care. Regular recertification inspections make sure your height safety systems remain fully compliant, reliable, and ready to protect when it matters most.
Under AS/NZS 1891.4, inspections are required at least every 12 months, and in some cases more often—such as for high-use systems or those exposed to tough weather conditions. These checks must also follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.
Our team at SKC Solutions conducts thorough on-site assessments, covering:
- Checking all system components for wear, corrosion, or damage
- Reviewing fixings and anchor layouts for correct installation
- Confirming coverage for effective fall restraint and protection
✅ If your system meets compliance, it’s recertified on the spot.
⚠️ If issues are found, you’ll receive a clear report with recommendations for corrective action.
